BUDDHA-BAR MONTE-CARLO
Monte-Carlo and the Buddha-Bar found common ground in an exceptional venue: Monte-Carlo’s old cabaret, a concert hall built in the beginning of the XXth century in the building that houses the Casino de Monte-Carlo. The monumental Buddha that is the symbol and fetish of the Buddha-Bar concept finds its home against a sumptuous and luxurious backdrop of oak woodwork, stucco, sculpture and gilding.
In this enormous hall with 7-meter ceilings and scenography lighting, the bar, lounge and restaurant are spread out over 1000 square metres. At the Buddha-Bar Monte-Carlo, the chef innovates a Pacific Rim menu, presenting the perfect blend of delicate Asian flavours and the excellence of French cuisine.

Few restaurants can boast such an international reputation, and few chefs can boast about having their creative vision of contemporary cuisine replicated around the world with as much success. Nobu can, and the Fairmont Monte-Carlo’s spin on the concept has reached new heights of absolute perfection.
