Horus Development & Consulting was engaged by the Municipal Office of Tourism of the prestigious French Ski resort of Courchevel for their first ever Southeast Asia presentations. Caroline Famy, Director for Marketing & Promotion and James Gachet, Director of the Ecole du Ski Francais (the National Ski School which counts 500+ instructors in Courchevel) had chosen Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong in their itinerary. Southeast Asia’s clientele is now a common feature in the French alps. In view of further increasing their presence in Courchevel, meetings and presentations with the key players (travel agencies, tour operators and editors) in the luxury tourism, were organized in the three cities mirroring Courchevel’s natural positioning as a Leading Luxury Ski Destination in the French Alps.

On top of enjoying the world’s largest ski area (les 3 vallees), Courchevel boasts 47 hotels including the prestigious Palaces “Les Airelles”, the “K2” and the “Cheval Blanc” and one of the biggest concentration of Michelin awarded restaurants in the world.

The roadshow was a great success, gathering the best in the tourism industry to know more about Courchevel and its ski offerings.
