Some world travelers make it to Monaco just to have a chance to be a guest at Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse à l’Hôtel de Paris. With three Michelin stars (the only such establishment on the French or the Italian Riviera), and situated inside the Hotel de Paris – Monte-Carlo, it is a major asset for the soft power of Monaco on the international scene.

The restaurant’s 2016 new aspect, designed by interior design hall-of-fame member Patrick Jouin and his partner Sanjit Manku, subtly evokes the Riviera’s art de vivre.

“The Riviera is still the prodigal inspiration of my cuisine,” says Alain Ducasse. And let us not forget another unique asset of Le Louis XV -Alain Ducasse: its wine list, imbued with the immense wealth of one of the most beautiful cellars in the world.
