ÔMER restaurant is Alain Ducasse’s second restaurant in the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, situated on the garden side ground level in the new Rotunda wing of the iconic establishment. Overlooking the lush terrace and the Mediterranean Sea, guests sit comfortably in the dining room reminiscent of a boat, designed by famed French interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon.
ÔMER takes us on a culinary journey to less well known culinary heritages of the Mediterranean, with essential flavours from Greece, Lebanon and Turkey, as well as Morocco and Tunisia, sometimes lingering on the shores of Spain, Nice and Malta.
Alain Ducasse and his chef Patrick Laine present a menu that embodies the rich diversity of Mediterranean influences, while celebrating the finest and most organic products in the region.
