Reopened in May 2017, Le Grill is now located on the eighth floor of the new Hotel de Paris Monte-Carlo, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and Monaco. Its retractable roof allows guests to lunch under the azure sky and dine under a starlit sky, revisiting the magic that has made Le Grill so successful.
The new wood-fired rotisserie is the restaurant’s centrepiece, serving signature meats and fish from the French Riviera. Italian-styled pasta and the famous soufflé by pastry chef Olivier Berger complete the gastronomic appeal of Le Grill.
Not forgetting an exclusive selection of vintage wines from Provence to Tuscany by Head Sommelier Patrice Frank, invigorating the taste-buds with depths of flavours. Le Grill is an all-day dining restaurant.
